Buying DVD's
Why can't I login after I create my membership?
There are two possibilities if you know that you've entered your initial information correctly. E-mail john@DVDtoRENT.com if you continue to have problems.
EMAIL VALIDATION: After signing up for a membership on our web page, you should receive an email from us with " [DVDtoSELL] Please Verify Your Account" in the subject line. Within the text of the email you will be asked to click on a link to activate your new account. Once you've click on the link, you should be able to login to the website and begin reserving.
USERNAME/PASSWORD INCORRECT: The username and/or password you are trying to log in with does not match the username and/or password you initially entered when signing up for a membership. You can request your information by clicking on the "I Forgot My Password" link directly below the Membership login information. DVDtoRENT will send information to your registered email. TOP
Why was my reservation cancelled?
To insure that all members have an adequate opportunity to buy DVD's, abandond shopping carts are cancelled after 24 hours. You will receive notice that your reservation has been cancelled via email. TOP
How can I change my email address?
You can either email us requesting the change or you can create a new membership ID with your new email address. If you choose to email us, either click on the "Email Us" link located on the web site under the "Getting Started" section or email john@DVDtoRENT.com. TOP
What if my DVD purchase is defective?
Please email us at john.com Returns. We'll coordinate your defective replacement and/or account credit. TOP
Why do I have to pay sales tax?
Because our business is located in Indiana, sales within the state of Indiana are subject to the 6% sales tax. TOP
Can I purchase new DVD titles from you?
No. At this time all of our invnetory is previously viewed DVD's. TOP
